Upon receipt of the service request, it is entered into our computer database and assigned a time stamped ticket number. Upon receipt by a Shanix Service Representative, the ticket is then dispatched to one of our dedicated field service technicians. The technician will follow the instructions provided to diagnose, remedy and/or recommend solutions to the problem.
Repairs are generally completed during the initial visit. In some instances, new parts may need to be ordered or existing parts may need to be sent to the manufacturer for repair. In all cases, an in-office Shanix Service Representative will be in on-going communication with the assigned technician in order to log notations and document what is taking place on the ticket.
The customer will be kept informed regarding all recommendations & repairs. Warranties for equipment, service contracts, etc. are managed in the database by our Service Department.
