We refer to this service as the Shanix 4 Step Approach, which is based on the following disciplines:

Step 1

Needs Assessment – An experienced member of the Shanix team will arrange a meeting with you and your project manager to thoroughly understand your requirements and expectations for the job. A facility site visit is a critical factor in understanding the best way to assist you with a physical and technical system design. Every facility is unique and so is every system design.

Step 2

Design Consulting – Our standard design approach is to create a system that utilizes brand name equipment with the technical capabilities to achieve your security goal. This ensures on-going service of the equipment and in many cases the capability to update the equipment in lieu of replacing it as your demands change. For example we can build a system using a multi-phase approach with adaptations made over several years, etc. We have the tools to provide flow diagrams, CAD drawings, product specification information, as well as, participate in project management meetings.

Step 3

Turnkey Solution – After the important decisions are made for the design and purchase of your system, our operations team transforms the design and product plans into motion. Equipment is ordered and staged in our warehouse facility. Our operations team ensures that upfront communications are made with your facility manager to ensure that the site is ready for installation. Once we get the green light we send in a team. Our factory-trained technicians provide a full turnkey approach. We will install, program, document and thoroughly train your staff. We will literally deliver a functional system to you in a seamless, user friendly manner.

Step 4

Service Commitment – Our warehouse facility, centrally located in RI, holds over $1M worth of parts and equipment available for immediate replacement or loaner programs. All of our new installations and equipment carry a 1 year warranty. We can also provide and customize Service Contracts/Maintenance agreements. We have 15 technicians who are dispatched out of this central location. This means we can be very responsive. We will keep your system in operation.
